To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following policies. By booking a class, you agree to these terms.

📅 Bookings & Payments

• All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our online booking system.

• Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Prices are fixed and not open to negotiation.

⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows

• A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

• Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the class credit.

• This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness, work, traffic, or weather.

This allows waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend and supports the sustainability of the studio.

🔁 Waitlists

• If a class is full, you are encouraged to join the waitlist.

• If a space becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and notified.

• Please ensure you remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend.

🎟️ Class Packs & Expiry

• Class packs have a set expiry period:

• 5-class pack: valid for 6 weeks

• 10-class pack: valid for 3 months

• Unused classes expire automatically and cannot be extended, refunded, or credited.

⏱️ Late Arrival

• Please arrive 5 minutes early to set up safely.

• Late arrivals may not be admitted if the class has already commenced, and the class credit will be forfeited.

• This is for safety reasons and to avoid disruption to other clients.

• Please inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or medical conditions prior to class.

• Mobile phones should be silenced during class.

• Please respect the quiet, welcoming environment of the studio and fellow clients.

🏡 Home Studio Consideration

This studio operates from a private home.

We kindly ask clients to:

• arrive on time

• respect neighbouring properties

🔄 Changes to Schedule or Pricing

• Class timetables, instructors, and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

• Existing class packs will be honoured at the rate purchased until expiry.
